PET/CT和超声弹性成像在乳腺癌诊断中的价值对比分析

目的:探讨PET/CT和超声弹性成像(UE)在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析2011年1月至2012年5月在我院确诊的173例乳腺患者的临床资料,所有患者均行PET/CT和UE检查。依据病理组织活检和临床随访分别评价PET/CT和UE对乳腺癌诊断的灵敏性、特异性、准确性,并比较两者的结果。结果:PET/CT和UE诊断乳腺癌的灵敏性分别为98.8%和81.3%;特异性分别为84.3%和97.2%;准确性分别为90.7%和90.2%;两种方法联合检测诊断乳腺癌的灵敏性、特异性、准确性分别为98.8%、98.1%、98.4%,UE检测乳腺癌的敏感性明显低于PET/CT及PET/CT+UE,PET/CT检测乳腺癌的特异性明显低于UE及PET/CT+UE,PET/CT+UE诊断乳腺癌的准确性显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:PET/CT和超声弹性成像在乳腺癌诊断中均有较高的应用价值,各有优缺点,二者联合检测可提高乳腺癌诊断的准确率。 Objective: To investigate the value of PET / CT and ultrasound elastography (UE) in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: Clinical data of 173 breast cancer patients diagnosed in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent PET / CT and UE examinations. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of PET / CT and UE for the diagnosis of breast cancer were evaluated respectively according to pathological biopsy and clinical follow-up, and the results of both were compared. Results: The sensitivity of PET / CT and UE in the diagnosis of breast cancer were 98.8% and 81.3% respectively; the specificity was 84.3% and 97.2% respectively; the accuracy was 90.7% and 90.2% respectively; Sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 98.8%, 98.1% and 98.4% respectively. The sensitivity of UE in detecting breast cancer was significantly lower than PET / CT and PET / CT + UE. The specificity of PET / CT in detecting breast cancer was significantly lower The diagnostic accuracy of PET / CT + UE and PET / CT + UE in breast cancer patients was significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: Both PET / CT and EUS are of high value in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. The combination of PET / CT and ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer.
