国家建材局主持的全国建材行业推行清洁生产工作会议,于1996年7月11日～13日在山东省曲阜市胜利召开。国家建材局副司长王小曼、国家环保局污控司司长吴报中及王吉副处长、国家经贸委资源司姚明宽、国家清洁生产中心副主任陈文明、中国建材研究院谢钰以及来自全国各地的建材局、水泥厂建材研究院等70人出席了会议。会议期间,曾参加世界银行环境技术援助项目《推进中国清洁生产》的曲阜水泥厂、德州第二建材厂介绍了他们开展清洁生产的案例。国家清洁生产中心的代表举办了企业清洁生产审计专题讲座,3家典型示范企业介绍了他们的工作经验。会议组织与会者观看
The national building materials industry, chaired by the National Building Material Bureau, promoted a clean production work conference and was successfully held in Qufu, Shandong Province from July 11 to July 13, 1996. Wang Xiaoman, deputy director of the National Building Material Bureau, Wu Baozhong and Wang Ji, deputy director of the Pollution Control Department of the State Environmental Protection Agency, Yao Mingkuan, minister of resources of the State Economic and Trade Commission, Chen Wenming, deputy director of the National Cleaner Production Center, and China National Building Materials Research Institute Xie About 70 people, including building materials bureaus and cement building materials institutes from across the country attended the meeting. During the meeting, Qufu Cement Plant and Dezhou Second Building Materials Factory, who had participated in the World Bank’s Environmental Technology Assistance Project “Promoting Cleaner Production in China”, introduced their case of cleaner production. Representatives from the National Cleaner Production Center held a seminar on corporate cleaner production audits, and three typical demonstration companies introduced their work experience.
