预应力管桩也被人们称之为预应力桩或者预应力混凝土桩,在当前建筑工程项目中,其主要被应用在高层建筑工程施工中。近年来,随着国民经济的发展与科学技术的不断进步,越来越多的高层建筑出现在城市化建设中,占据着城市建筑市场的主要比重。在这些高层工程项目中,预应力管桩基础设计设计与施工对高层建筑施工质量与效益有着极为重要的作用与影响。现就预应力管桩基础施工中存在的一些弊端与缺陷进行分析,并提出相应的处理措施与见解。
Prestressed pipe pile is also known as prestressed piles or prestressed concrete piles, in the current construction projects, which are mainly used in high-rise building construction. In recent years, with the development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of science and technology, more and more high-rise buildings have appeared in the urbanization and occupy the major proportion of the urban construction market. In these high-rise projects, the design and construction of prestressed pipe pile foundation plays a very important role in the construction quality and benefits of high-rise buildings. Presently, some defects and defects in prestressed pipe pile foundation construction are analyzed, and the corresponding treatment measures and opinions are put forward.
