加强企业国有资产管理,使之不断保值增值,这是建立现代企业制度,发展社会主义市场经济的一个十分重要的问题。股份公司作为现代企业制度的一种有效形式,从根本上改变了投资主体单元化的格局,形成国家、企业、个人以及国内外其它法人单位和个人的多元化投资主体.这种多元化投资主体,产生了多种利益的约束机制,促使经营者重视投资的有效使用,因此,如何加强对公司资产管理的问题也被提到重要的议事日程上来。由于股份有限公司在我国还处于试点阶段,公司成立后国有资产在权益归属、评估等有关问题上与国家、地方政府还有许多关系有待理顺,故本文只是根据笔者在实践中的具体感受,从微观上就公司内部如何加强资产管理作一些初步分析和探讨.一、公司现有资产管理中存在的问题
