随着精煤市场的变化,客户对精煤质量的要求也越来越高,除对精煤的常规指标(灰份、挥发份、水份等)要求高外,对精煤中夹带的低密度杂质(木片、木屑等杂质)的要求也有了更高的标准。以往的方法是人工拣取,利用人工拣取法只能拣去较大的木片,木屑是无法拣去的,根本无法解决排除精煤中夹带木屑的问题。因此,在开滦精煤股份有限公司吕家坨矿业分公司选煤厂技术改造中,设计了一台精煤除木机,从而保证选煤厂生产出更加洁净的精煤,满足客户要求。
