患者61岁,住院号855433。因子宫脱垂20年,阴道又脱出一软性肿物伴腹痛3天,于1985年8月14日入院。患者于20年前产后发现阴道脱出一肿物,近鸡卵大,平卧时消失,站立或加腹压时出现,未经治疗。近3年来阴道脱出肿物渐增大如鸭卵,平卧后不能自行还纳。七天前阴道右侧壁破溃一裂口,直径约2cm,可见少量软组织堵塞于破裂口,仍未就医。3天前阴道破裂口增大,直径达7cm,脱出之软性肿物亦增大如手拳,伴腹痛、恶心、呕吐,方来院就诊。患者闭经已9年,足月分娩10胎。既往患动脉硬化性心脏病,合并心房纤颤,结节性甲状腺肿。

Amenorrhea has been 9 years, full-term childbirth 10 children. Previously suffering from atherosclerotic heart disease, with atrial fibrillation, nodular goiter.
