为提供前臂尺侧皮瓣的形态学基础。本文在手术显微镜下,就成人上肢50例,研究了尺侧皮瓣的血管源。尺动脉干全长平均21.63cm,上段掩盖部和下段非掩盖部各半(10.79cm和10.88cm)。尺动脉在起始部、中部、茎突平面的口径依次为3.90mm、2.70mm和2.30mm。每例尺动脉平均发出7.86支皮动脉。非掩盖部发出皮支的数目多于掩盖部,但管径细于掩盖部。尺动脉皮支在前臂的分布区,主要在内上髁平面中点至茎实平面中点连线的内侧,平均为79.57cm~2。尺动脉掩盖部有一恒定的大皮支,其管径较粗(平均1.01mm),起点较恒定,分布区有一定的范围,平均分布19.57cm~2,可考虑单独用这个大皮支作成带蒂皮瓣。 讨论了采取前臂尺侧游离皮瓣时应注意的问题。
To provide forearm ulnar flap morphological basis. In this paper, under the operating microscope, adult upper extremity 50 cases, study the ulnar flaps of vascular origin.
