电动葫芦上升限位装置一般都采用偏心轮—杠杆装置(图1)。这种装置的主要缺点是固定铰链和偏心轮是滑动摩擦。两者之间的间隙在不工作情况下最大不能超过0.5mm。由于润滑条件差,极易发生故障。为此,我们设计了一种重锤—杠杆上升限位装置。
