２２名慢性肾衰合并高血压的病人，血压平均为２５．９上４．１／１６．３±２．１ｋＰａ。６名首先服用开博通的病人，用药后３人血压下降，幅度为１．３～３．３ｋＰａ；５名首先使用速尿的病人，血压下降幅度为２．０～４．０ｋＰａ。但持续用药后，２名病人血压回升达１．３ｋＰａ；两药合用，病

２２名慢性肾衰合并高血压的病人，血压平均为２５．９上４．１／１６．３±２．１ｋＰａ。６名首先服用开博通的病人，用药后３人血压下降，幅度为１．３～３．３ｋＰａ；５名首先使用速尿的病人，血压下降幅度为２．０～４．０ｋＰａ。但持续用药后，２名病人血压回升达１．３ｋＰａ；两药合用，病人血压平均下降幅度可达６．７ｋＰａ。在血压高于２６．７／１６．０ｋＰａ的病人，宜配伍其它抗高血压药。本组开博通的副作用主要为刺激性咳嗽。
