长期食用镉含量超标的大米是一个严重的健康问题,特别是以大米为主食的产米地区的消费群体。因此,大米中镉元素的快速检测成为目前人们关注的焦点。介绍一种能量散射X射线荧光光谱(ED-XRF)快速测试方法:对稻谷进行简单预处理(脱壳和粉碎),用XRF光谱仪直接测定米粉中的镉元素,分析了仪器的检出限(LOD)、方法定量限(LQD)、准确性、台间差、稳定性等性能。方法检出限为0.030 mg/kg,定量限为0.14 mg/kg,完全满足GB2762—2005食品中污染物限量标准(<0.20 mg/kg);准确性、台间差、稳定性等性能测试结果完全符合GB/T 4889—2008数据的统计处理标准。且该方法预处理时间不超过2 min,完成一个样品的检测时间不超过15 min,该方法能够满足大米中镉元素的快速检测需求。
Long-term consumption of rice with excessive cadmium content is a serious health problem, especially for the rice-consuming areas where rice is the staple food.
