目的探究早期溶栓治疗脑梗死的临床护理体会。方法对我院收治的172例脑梗死患者进行早期溶栓的治疗,并进行护理干预,通过护理干预分析脑梗死患者治疗期间护理在其中的重要性。结果通过对患者进行治疗并采取临床护理干预,172例脑梗死患者通过积极治疗并采取有效的临床护理干预,有85例治愈,62例显效,20例有效,5例无效,总有效率为85.4%。结论对早期脑梗死患者采取必要的临床护理干预,良好的生活习惯能够有效改善患者脑组织中的血液供给,提高患者预后效果,护理工作人员对患者溶栓的观察对患者的改善起到了较为关键的作用。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing experience of early thrombolysis for cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 172 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were treated with early thrombolysis and nursing intervention was conducted. Nursing intervention was used to analyze the importance of nursing during the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction. Results Through the treatment of patients and clinical nursing intervention, 172 patients with cerebral infarction through active treatment and effective clinical nursing interventions, 85 were cured, 62 were markedly effective, 20 were effective, 5 were ineffective, the total effective rate was 85.4 %. Conclusions The necessary clinical nursing intervention for early cerebral infarction patients, good living habits can effectively improve the blood supply in patients with brain tissue and improve the prognosis of patients, nursing staff observation of patients with thrombolysis plays a more critical role in improving the patient Role.
