毒鼠强的发光行为研究及其在血液中的气相色谱法测定

由于毒鼠强(四亚甲基二砜四胺,C_4H_3N_4O_4S_2)对包括人在内的所有温血动物都有剧毒,当前还没有特效的解毒药,因此,国家于1991年已明文规定毒鼠强为禁用灭鼠剂。然而据不完全调查,目前市面上个体、地摊叫卖的灭鼠药绝大多数均为剧毒药品,其中大部分为毒鼠强,在全国范围内,每年都有多起因投毒或误食毒鼠强而引起人群大面积伤亡的事件发生,给人民的生产、生活及社会安定造成了巨大威胁。因此,建立一种快速、灵敏、特一的毒鼠强测定方法,特别是人体血液中的毒鼠强测定方法,对挽救病人和侦破案件具有重要意义。从毒鼠强的分子结构看,由于 N、S 的含量较高,因此我们采用火焰光度检测器进行检测,通过对其发光行为的研究和试验,发现响应信号与毒鼠强浓度呈复杂的函数关系,灵敏度随毒鼠强浓度的增加而增加,由于血液中浓度低,则灵敏度也低,定量困难,因此,我们采用向尾吹气中加入一定量的 SO_2的方法,人为的将火焰光度检测器中的硫化物浓度提高,从而提高了灵敏度,同时使得响应信号与浓度的关系由指数关系转变成线性关系,使数据处理简单直观,另外由于尾吹气的加入,降低了火焰温度,又进一步提高了分析灵敏度,准确测定了血液中痕量的毒鼠强。 As tetramine (tetramethylene-bis-sulfone tetraamine, C_4H_3N_4O_4S_2) is highly toxic to all warm-blooded animals, including humans, no effective antidote is currently available.
