改革开放特别是党的十五大和十六大以来,非公有制经济组织形式日益增多。以国有建筑企业为例,其于1998年年初起实施改制,开始运作区别于传统的国有、集体企业的股份制和有限责任公司。随着非公有制经济组织的不断建立和国有、集体企业的改制,党与这些新经济组织的关系发生了诸多方面的变化。
Since the reform and opening up, especially the 15th and 16th CPC National Congress, there has been an increasing number of non-public economic organizations. Take the state-owned construction enterprises as an example. Since the beginning of 1998, the state-owned construction enterprises have implemented the restructuring and started to operate as joint-stock companies and limited liability companies that are different from the traditional state-owned and collective enterprises. With the continuous establishment of non-public economic organizations and the restructuring of state-owned and collective enterprises, many changes have taken place in the relations between the party and these new economic organizations.
