利用新型的流体声发射传感器拾取磨削加工过程中的声发射信号,对信号进行频谱分析。同时,利用其时域特性,完成对磨削加工过程的状态监测和砂轮进给的精确控制,并通过实验证实了这种方法的可行性。
The use of a new type of fluid acoustic emission sensor picks up the acoustic emission signal during the grinding process and analyzes the signal spectrum. At the same time, the use of its time-domain characteristics, to complete the state monitoring of the grinding process and the precise control of the wheel feed, and experiments confirmed the feasibility of this method.
