目的了解Ⅱ型糖尿病患者在日常膳食方面存在的误区及认知程度,分析原因,以便及时有针对性地给予营养指导。方法采用自编问卷对2013-07/12期间住院的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行面对面调查,将调查所得的86例有效问卷进行归类统计。结果问卷中的10个误区:即Ⅱ型糖尿病患者要少吃主食;完全不吃甜食;植物油可以随意吃;干果类食物不用限制;不能吃水果;不能吃薯类;不能吃藕与魔芋等块茎食物;香菇与木耳的摄入可以不受限制;少吃1顿饭可以少吃1次药;蛋白质的摄入不受限制等,总出误率为64.07%,其中有8项出误率超过50%;在年龄分组上,随年龄段的增长,患者的出误率也随之增高。结论本次调查的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者在日常膳食中普遍存在误区,出误率与患者的年龄有一定关系。
Objective To understand the misunderstandings and cognitions of patients with type 2 diabetes in their daily diet and to analyze the causes so as to provide timely and targeted nutrition guidance. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a face-to-face investigation on patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized during the period of July 2013 to December 2013. 86 valid questionnaires were classified. Results of the questionnaire 10 errors: that type Ⅱ diabetes patients should eat less staple food; do not eat sweets; vegetable oil can eat; dried fruits without restrictions; can not eat fruits; can not eat potatoes; can not eat lotus and konjac and other tubers Food; mushrooms and fungus intake can be unlimited; eat less meals can eat less medicine; protein intake is not limited, the total error rate of 64.07%, of which eight out of more than the error rate 50%; in the age group, with the increase of age, the patient’s error rate also increased. Conclusion This survey of patients with type II diabetes prevalence errors in the daily diet, the error rate and the patient’s age have a certain relationship.
