采用ANSYS程序,对6105低排热发动机陶瓷气缸盖底板的温度场和应力场(热应力和机械应力)进行了计算,通过比较分析计算结果,对原陶瓷气缸盖底板设计提出了改进方案.
The temperature field and stress field (thermal stress and mechanical stress) of 6105 low-emission heat-engine ceramic cylinder head were calculated by ANSYS program. By comparing and analyzing the calculation results, some improvements were proposed for the design of the original ceramic cylinder head soleplate.
