一、前言 工艺管的作用在于将燃料元件固定在活性区的既定位置,以形成一个冷却剂通道,使其中的燃料元件得到可靠的冷却。 长期使用表明,原工艺管能满足上述基本要求。但由于采用外套管、中层管、节流棒,测温元件层层分开并各层都有单独的密封结构,因而使得结构过于复杂,组装困难,装卸料操作费时费力,工作人员要受到较多的射线照射。又由于原工艺管的各层密封均为平面橡皮垫圈,气密性较差,因而在使用过程中氦气的漏泄量较大。
