目的 为了降低军训伤的发生率 ,初步评价预防措施的效果 .方法 将纳入的研究对象分为干预组 (n=5 38)和对照组 (n=5 78) .对干预组的全体参训人员进行了军训伤预防知识的教育 ;合理安排训练计划 ,训练科目按逐渐加大训练强度的原则进行 .对照组不采取任何措施 .结果 干预组军训伤的发生率为 2 0 .4% ,对照组的发生率为 34 .6 % .干预组军训伤的发生率显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) .干预组的第 2个发生高峰比对照组有所推后 .干预组中各支队军训伤发生率无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,对照组中各支队发生率有显著性差异 .结论 要减少并延缓军训伤的发生 ,长跑的距离要采取逐渐加大的方式 ,第 1个月内不跑 5 km,且不同受训部位的训练内容要穿插进行
Objective To evaluate the effect of preventive measures in order to reduce the incidence of military injuries.Methods The interventions were divided into intervention group (n = 5 38) and control group (n = 5 78) The training course was carried out according to the principle of gradual increase of training intensity.The control group did not take any measures.Results The incidence of military training injuries in the intervention group was 20.4% In the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01) .The second peak in the intervention group was postponed than that in the control group There was no significant difference in the incidence of military injuries among detachments (P> 0.05), and there was a significant difference in the incidence of detachment in the control group.Conclusion To reduce and delay the occurrence of military injuries, the distance of long-distance running should be gradually increased , Do not run 5 km in the first month, and different training sites to be interspersed training content
