脂肪细胞因子不仅可作为激素影响机体能量稳态、调节神经内分泌功能,而且还可作为细胞因子影响整个机体的免疫功能及炎性反应过程。目前脂肪细胞因子作为免疫与内分泌代谢通路的交叉点,将代谢与免疫系统紧密地联系在一起。目前已知慢性炎性反应在肥胖相关的胰岛素抵抗发病中发挥重要作用。有关脂肪细胞因子在调节免疫功能、参与炎性反应方面的研究取得的新进展,将为预防和治疗肥胖及其相关疾病,提供新的理论基础及药物作用靶点。
Adipocyte cytokines not only act as hormones to affect the body’s energy homeostasis, regulate neuroendocrine function, but also as a cytokine affect the immune function and inflammatory response process. As the intersection of the immune and endocrine metabolic pathways, the current adipocytokines closely link metabolism with the immune system. It is now known that chronic inflammatory responses play an important role in the pathogenesis of obesity-related insulin resistance. The new progress made in research on the regulation of immune function and the inflammatory response of adipokines will provide a new theoretical foundation and drug targets for the prevention and treatment of obesity and its related diseases.
