小班化教育,是当代小学教育改革的发展趋势,是当前小学阶段实施素质教育的一项重要改革举措。本着“以学生发展为本,让每一个学生享受到高质量的义务教育,让每一个学生的素质得到全面而富有个性的发展”的宗旨,我校于1998年9月在全市率先进行研究,筹建了“小班化教育”课题小组,构建起由校长、教务处、实验教师共同负责的三级网络机构,系统地进行理论学习和实践探索。2001年被列为山东省小班化教育实验研究学校,进行系统的研究。
