患者男,71岁。因右侧腹股沟及阴囊红斑、糜烂伴瘙痒3年于2015年1月23日来我科就诊。患者3年前无明显诱因右侧腹股沟出现硬币大红斑,伴轻度瘙痒,遂就诊于当地医院,给予口服依巴斯汀及外用甘霖洗剂无明显疗效。随后皮损扩大成手掌大,渐累及阴囊,出现约花生大色素斑,表面有糜烂、渗液及结痂,瘙痒进一步加剧,于春夏季节潮湿时加重,冬季稍缓解。患者平素体健,家族成员中无类似疾病患者。
Patient male, 71 years old. Due to the right groin and scrotal erythema, erosion with itching 3 years in January 23, 2015 to our department. Patient 3 years ago, there was no obvious incentive to appear in the right groin coin erythema, with mild itching, then visited a local hospital, giving oral administration of Bastine and topical lotion without significant effect. Followed by the expansion of the skin lesions into large palms, gradually involving the scrotum, peanut macular pigmentation appears, the surface erosion, exudate and scab, further exacerbated itching, wet in the spring and summer when heavier, slightly relieve winter. Patients usually healthy, family members no similar disease patients.
