目的了解劳教所警察职业倦怠的发生情况及影响因素。方法采用一般状况量表、Maslach倦怠量表、卡特尔16种人格因素测验、状态特质焦虑问卷和贝克抑郁问卷对217名劳教所警察进行问卷调查。结果男性劳教所警察在人格解体维度的得分高于女性劳教所警察(P<0.01);在情绪衰竭、人格解体维度,劳教所和大、中队领导、基层警察得分高于机关科室人员(P<0.05);工作年限在31年~的劳教所警察情绪衰竭维度得分最低(P<0.05),工作年限在21年~的劳教所警察个人成就感降低的得分最低(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,劳教所警察职业倦怠影响因素为抑郁、焦虑、工作满意度、工作年限、乐群性和怀疑性。结论应针对劳教所警察职业倦怠的影响因素采取相应的干预措施。
Objective To understand the occurrence and influencing factors of occupational burnout in police camps. Methods A total of 217 police officers from the Forced Labor Camp were surveyed using the General Status Scale, the Maslach Burnout Scale, the Carter 16 Personality Factors Test, the State Trait Anxiety Questionnaire and the Beck Depression Questionnaire. Results Male police in detention camp scores higher than female police camp in the depersonalization dimension (P <0.01). In the emotional exhaustion, personality disintegration dimension, labor camp and the leaders of large squadron and squadron, 0.05). The scores of police emotional exhaustion in labor camps with the lowest working years (P <0.05) and those with working years of 21 years ~ (21 years) were the lowest (P <0.05); the multivariate analysis It shows that the influencing factors of job burnout in police camps are depression, anxiety, job satisfaction, working life, music group and suspicion. Conclusion Corresponding intervention measures should be taken in view of the influencing factors of job burnout of police in labor camps.
