以7个品种(系)为材料按Griffing(Ⅳ)方法双列杂交配制组合21个,对洋葱主要品质性状的杂种优势进行了研究分析。结果表明,鳞茎紧实度、蛋白质含量和丙酮酸含量大多表现为负向的杂种优势,可溶性固形物含量和可溶性糖含量具有较强的正向杂种优势,干物质含量的杂种优势表现为较广泛的分布。
Seven varieties (lines) were used to study the heterosis of the main quality traits of onions by using the method of Griffing (Ⅳ). The results showed that the compactness, protein content and pyruvate content of the bulbs showed the negative heterosis.
