我厂使用硅酸铝纤维毡制作了盐浴炉炉盖,起到了保温节能的效果。具体做法是:用1～1.5毫米厚的铁皮下料、翻边制成外罩壳,内衬6～8层10毫米厚的硅酸铝纤维毡,再加一层石棉板,最后用几条耐热钢扁条加固即可。如是埋入式盐炉,可制成平板型,周边比炉膛大80～100毫米;如是插入式,则制成罩壳型,电极之间应填入保温砖,电极上面和炉盖边之间也应插入剔薄的保温砖。
