《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中指出:“幼儿与成人、同伴之间共同生活、交往、游戏等是其社会学习的重要途径,应为幼儿提供人际互助交往和共同活动的机会和条件,并加以指导。”在日常的活动中我们不难观察到,大班的幼儿在各项活动中已经有集体意识和初步的责任感。但是,由于现在大多是独生子女,4加1的家庭结构使每个孩子都很有自己的个性,他们在家里的表现与在幼儿园里的表现截然相反。在幼儿园里,在老师的指导下,
