目的:探讨六味地黄汤合二至丸加减配合小剂量激素治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法:将28例IgA肾病患者分为对照组14例,治疗组l4例,治疗组用强的松龙0.5 mg/(kg·d)配合中药六味地黄汤合二至丸加减治疗,对照组用潘生丁、路丁c等治疗。分别进行疗效观察、对比。结果:治疗组总有效率92.8%,对照组总有效率35.7%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:本法治疗IgA肾病疗效显著。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with Erzhi Pill combined with small dose of hormone in the treatment of IgA nephropathy. Methods: 28 patients with IgA nephropathy were divided into control group (n = 14) and treatment group (n = 14). The treatment group was treated with prednisolone 0.5 mg / (kg · d) With dipyridamole, Luding c and other treatment. Efficacy were observed and compared. Results: The total effective rate was 92.8% in the treatment group and 35.7% in the control group. The curative effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The treatment of IgA nephropathy with significant effect.
