袋栽香菇菌筒制作,从配料、装袋、封口、打穴、贴胶布、灭菌、冷却、接品到培养中期揭胶布等共有10多道工序,既增加了工作量,又增加了杂菌污染的机会。再加上近年来原、辅材料涨价,增加了生产成本。为解决这些问题,我们从1986年开始探索菌筒的制作工艺,现将结果汇报如下:
