TorkBuster扭力冲击发生器是联合金刚石公司的一项新产品,是针对某些地区地层岩石研磨性强,可钻性差,存在高压气层,机械钻速低等技术难点研发的钻井技术。TorkBuster扭力冲击器在全球各样岩层中已经得到检验。作为一项相对较新型的技术,自2000年提出构想至今已经经历了超过3 000次运行,表现良好。从破岩机理设计,内部流体流向,组合方法,到外壳的整体几何形态,整个工具都经过了仔细调整设计,保证满足井下的各样钻进需求。TorkBuster扭力冲击器紧凑的长度和设计,保证对钻具组合特性影响甚微,在转动、定向、钻进以及转向控制应用方面性能卓越。
TorkBuster Torsion Impact Generator is a new product of United Diamond Corporation. It is a drilling technology developed for difficult rock formations in some formations, poor drillability, high pressure gas reservoirs and low ROP. TorkBuster torsional impactors have been tested in a variety of formations around the world. As a relatively new technology, since its proposal in 2000, it has undergone more than 3,000 operations and performed well. From rock breaking mechanism design, internal fluid flow, a combination of methods, to the overall geometry of the enclosure, the entire tool has been carefully tuned to ensure that the various downhole requirements are met. The compact length and design of the TorkBuster Torsion Impact Hammer assures little impact on the drill assembly characteristics and outstanding performance in turning, orientation, drilling and steering applications.
