在15℃的低温条件下,以牛粪为发酵底物,通过静态试验考察了乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)和柠檬酸(CA)两种金属螯合剂对Ni~+的螯合效果,并探究了螯合作用对厌氧发酵产气特性的影响。结果表明,当EDTA的投加量分别为25和50 mg/L时,总产气量相对于空白组分别提高了4.64%和8.51%;当CA的投加量分别为15和30 mg/L时,总产气量则分别提高了34.28%和49.48%。两种螯合剂都可以缓解脂肪酸的累积,激活产甲烷菌的活性,促进水解菌分解大分子有机物,最终提高厌氧发酵的沼气产量。
Under the condition of low temperature of 15 ℃, using cow manure as the fermentation substrate, the chelating effect of two chelating agents, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and citric acid (CA), on Ni ~ + was investigated by static test The effect of chelation on the gas generation characteristics of anaerobic fermentation was explored.
