应用离散单元法模拟铸造旧砂在振动再生过程中的运动和受力状态。以边界功表示砂粒受到的正向挤压作用,摩擦功表示砂粒间的相互摩擦,模拟计算了多个因素对旧砂振动再生的影响。结果表明:采用多边形筒体、设置中心筒体、提高振动频率和振幅以及在砂中加入介质,可提高旧砂再生的效果。在模拟基础上进行了实际的振动再生试验。研究结果有利于指导设计振动再生机和优化振动再生工艺。
Application of Discrete Element Method to Simulate the Movement and Force State of Cast Sand During Vibration Regeneration. Boundary work is used to show the positive extrusion of sand. The friction work shows the mutual friction between the grains. The influence of several factors on the regeneration of the old sand is simulated. The results show that using polygonal cylinder, setting central cylinder, increasing vibration frequency and amplitude, and adding medium to sand can improve the effect of old sand regeneration. The actual vibration regeneration test was carried out on the basis of simulation. The results are helpful to guide the design of vibration regenerator and optimize the vibration regeneration process.
