The teaching secretary is mainly responsible for teaching at the grassroots level and plays an important role in the teaching management system. The article elaborates on the work functions and characteristics of teaching secretaries in higher vocational colleges. Based on the position of teaching secretaries, it puts forward some suggestions on how to do the teaching secretarial work well.
