分析并阐述了铁铝型高水速凝材料作为一种新型矿山充填胶凝材料所具有的基本性能。它制浆后,初凝时间为60min,终凝时间210min。其硬化体有良好的耐水性和耐腐蚀性,在承载破坏后还具有重结晶性。应用铁铝型高水速凝材料不仅可解决矿山充填料不足、全尾充填存在的问题,还可提高采矿强度和生产效率。由于该材料的主要基料来源广,且生产工艺简单,因而推广应用前景良好。
The basic properties of iron-aluminum high-water-setting materials as a kind of new mine filling cementitious materials are analyzed and described. After pulping, the initial setting time is 60min and the final setting time is 210min. The hardened body has good water resistance and corrosion resistance, and also has recrystallization after bearing damage. The application of iron-aluminum high-water quick-setting material can not only solve the problems of insufficient filling material and full-tail filling in mining area, but also improve mining intensity and production efficiency. As the main material of the material source is wide, and the production process is simple, so the promotion of good prospects.
