测量头从结构上有机械式、光学式和电气式之分,按测量方法又可以分为接触式和非接触式两类。接触式是在测量时用测量头下端的测头直接和工件接触;非接触式是利用光学装置对准工件进行测量;两者各有其特点。目前在一般座标测量机上选用接触式的较多。随着测量工作向自动化方向发展,非接触式也越来越受到重视,但三座标方向都能取尺寸的非接触式测量头尚未见任何国家试制成功。下面介绍几种接触式和非接触式的测量头。
Measuring head structure from the mechanical, optical and electrical points, according to the measurement method can be divided into contact and non-contact type.
