在以市场经济为导向的社会中,实现建筑设计创新需要建设投资单位(客户)与建筑师的共同努力.在建筑设计创新活动中,建筑师面对创新风险的态度是实现建筑设计创新的一个重要因素,而建设投资单位一般通过外部的激励和监管两种手段促使设计者能够克服创新风险并保证建筑设计创新的有效实现.利用数理模型推导的方法对建筑设计创新风险、外部激励与监管的有效性问题进行探究,揭示了有效实现建筑设计创新的条件,为进一步研究和促进建筑设计创新提供指导性建议.
