甘蓝亲本种子纯度较差会直接影响到一代杂种的制种。首先增加了田间去杂去劣的工作量,拔除的杂株越多,损失也就越大,种子成本升高,同时还会影响到双亲的比例和杂交率。其次如果田间去杂不彻底,会严重降低一代杂种的种子纯度。因此,努力提高亲本的纯度和稳定性对育种单位是一个紧迫的任务。特别要注意以下几项技术操作要点。
