2004年11月25日,上海市第十二届人大常委会第十六次会议审议通过了《上海市人民代表大会常务委员会关于修改<上海市档案条例>的决定》;新修订的《上海市档案条例》(以下简称《条例》)已于2005年1月1日起实施。《条例》的修订,既对档案事业的依法治理和全面发展提出了新要求,也使档案普法工作面临了新任务,各级档案部门和法制宣传教育部门对此应当高度重视。上海市档案局、上海市司法局、上海市法制宣传教育联席会议办公室于2005年2月23日就深入学习贯彻《条例》的有关事项通知如下。
On November 25, 2004, the 16th meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee of Shanghai examined and approved the Decision of the Standing Committee of Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress on Amending the Shanghai Archives Regulations; the newly revised Shanghai Municipality Archives Ordinance “(hereinafter referred to as” Ordinance “) came into effect on January 1, 2005. The revision of the ”Regulations“ not only sets new demands on the legal administration and overall development of archives, but also places new tasks on file popularization. Archives departments and publicity and education departments at all levels should attach great importance to this.
