对经不同温度处理的非晶态磁头材料试样进行弯曲,硬度试验和电镜观察,得出如下结论。Co基非晶态带材的脆化和晶化温度相一致,晶化是脆化的本质所在,脆化是晶化的表现形式。非晶态材料的晶化温度与材料的成分密切相关,Nb元素有利于Co基材料晶化温度的提高。
The results of bending, hardness test and electron microscope observation of the samples of amorphous magnetic head treated with different temperature lead to the following conclusions. The embrittlement and crystallization temperature of Co-based amorphous ribbons are consistent. Crystallization is the essence of embrittlement. Embrittlement is the manifestation of crystallization. The crystallization temperature of amorphous materials is closely related to the composition of the material, Nb element is conducive to the increase of the crystallization temperature of Co-based materials.
