这几年通信业迅猛发展,时势造英雄。2002年度新华社、人民日报评出的“十大新闻人物”中,山东省通信公司济南分公司总经理赵明善,以“锐意改革、眼光前瞻”荣膺“山东省富民劳动奖章”、“山东省优秀质量管理先进工作者”等称号,成为济南通信业引人注目的年度人物。他的背后,是近年来济南通信的高速发展和在全国业界良好的业绩与品牌口碑。目前,记者专访了这位通信业“弄潮者”,也由此解开济南通信高速发展之谜。
