现将我院自1972年以来临床诊断为心内膜弹力纤维增生症23例收治情况报告如下。资料分析一、性别、发病年龄:23例中,男11例,女12例,发病年龄最小为50天,最大为10岁。生后6个月以内发病者10例,占43.48％;7个月至2岁发病者9例,占39.13％;2岁以上发病者4例,占17.39％。23例中,2岁以下发病者共19例,占82.61％。二、临床表现:23例均有心衰。以肺炎就诊者19例,占82.61％。以腹泻、营养不良、佝偻病、贫血等就诊者4例。
Now in our hospital since 1972, clinical diagnosis of endocardial fibroelastosis in 23 cases reported as follows. Data analysis First, gender, age of onset: 23 cases, 11 males and 12 females, the minimum age of onset is 50 days, the maximum is 10 years old. In 6 months after birth, the incidence of 10 cases, accounting for 43.48%; 7 months to 2 years of onset in 9 cases, accounting for 39.13%; 2 years of age or more in 4 cases, accounting for 17.39%. Among the 23 cases, 19 cases were under 2 years old, accounting for 82.61%. Second, the clinical manifestations: 23 cases have heart failure. 19 cases of pneumonia were treated, accounting for 82.61%. In diarrhea, malnutrition, rickets, anemia and other treatment in 4 cases.
