1.注意输出的电击危险 质量好的充电器一般采用开关电源或通过变压器降压整流后获得对电池充电的安全直流电,同时利用变压器将输出与市电隔离以保证安全。而一些劣质充电器则采用电容降压,输出端与输入电源没有隔离,使用中如不慎触及,就有电击危险。有一种简单的方法可以进行辨别:将充电器插上电源后,用测电笔触碰输出电极,如果电笔氖泡亮就说明充电器输出与电源没有隔离,也可用500V兆欧表测量充电器插头与输出电极之间的绝缘电阻,质量好的充电器应在7MΩ以上,而电容降压的充电器则基本为0MΩ。
