I. Overview The winter flood season of 1993 started its operation from November 1 to the end of January the following year. Guided by the spirit of the 14th Plenary Session of the Party, the vast majority of fishermen in our province have taken advantage of their technology and taken advantage of their network operations to strengthen the fishing gear and fishery reform and to catch a large number of fish and achieved good results of increasing production and increasing incomes.
