目的:探讨退热解毒灵水煎剂的体外抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)作用。方法:采用细胞培养技术,以病毒唑为阳性对照,观察退热解毒灵水煎剂对RSV引起的细胞病变(CPE)的抑制作用。应用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测退热解毒灵水煎剂对RSV抑制率。结果:退热解毒灵水煎剂对RSV的增殖有明显的抑制,其半数中毒有效浓度为9 754.2mg.L-1,抑制RSV的半数有效浓度为519.5mg.L-1,治疗指数为18.8。结论:退热解毒灵水煎剂在体外实验中,对RSV有显著抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) effect of antipyretic and detoxification decoction in vitro. Methods: Using cell culture technique, taking ribavirin as a positive control, we observed the inhibitory effect of Decoction of Detoxification Lingtui Decoction on the cytopathic effect (CPE) induced by RSV. The inhibition rate of RSV on RSV was determined by MTT assay. Results: The antipyretic and detoxicating water decoction significantly inhibited the proliferation of RSV. The effective concentration of half-toxic was 9 754.2 mg.L-1, the effective concentration of RSV was 519.5 mg.L-1 and the therapeutic index was 18.8 . Conclusion: Decoction of detoxification spirit decoction in vitro experiments, RSV significant inhibitory effect.
