财务的标准化管理是一种管理模式,采用这种管理模式有利于提升财务管理的效率。目前,市场经济面临着激烈的竞争,企业只有从传统的管理模式转向标准化管理模式,运用标准化管理模式,才能提升企业的财务工作。本文首先引出财务管理这个概念和完善财务管理的重要性,分析如何建立标准化的管理模式,得出只有运用标准化管理模式,才能使企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
The standardization of financial management is a management model, the use of this management model is conducive to enhancing the efficiency of financial management. At present, the market economy is facing fierce competition. Only when the enterprises shift from the traditional management mode to the standardized management mode and use the standardized management mode can enterprises enhance their financial work. This paper first leads the concept of financial management and improve the importance of financial management, analysis of how to establish a standardized management model, concluded that only by using the standardized management model in order to enable enterprises in the fierce competition in the market remain invincible.
