介绍了一种利用现有膨胀机进行氮膨胀液化的装置原理和操作特点。并根据空分的物料平衡、精馏原理,推导出氮膨胀量与氧气量、氮气量、送上塔膨胀空气量之间的关系,阐述了氮膨胀液化装置与一般液化装置的不同特点。
A principle and operational characteristics of the device for nitrogen expansion and liquefaction using the existing expander are introduced. According to the material balance and distillation principle of air separation, the relationship between the amount of nitrogen expansion and the amount of oxygen, nitrogen and air supply to the tower is deduced. The different characteristics of nitrogen expansion liquefaction plant and general liquefaction plant are expounded.
