提出了在pH6.5的磷酸二氢钠-磷酸氢二钠的缓冲介质中,用5-Br-PADAP在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵存在下分光光度测定铑的新方法。该体系形成的络合物最大吸收波长为596nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.7×10~4l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。沸水浴中加热半小时显色完全,显色后络合物至少可稳定20小时。铑含量在0—20 μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。络合物组成比Rh:5-Br-PADAP=1:2。研究了多种离子对测定的影响。该方法应用到活性炭载体倦化剂中铑的测定,获得了满意的结果。方法简便、快速、灵敏度较高。
A new method for the spectrophotometric determination of rhodium with 5-Br-PADAP in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide at pH 6.5 in sodium dihydrogen phosphate-disodium hydrogen phosphate buffer was proposed. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex formed by this system is 596 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 7.7 × 10 ~ 4l · mol -1 (cm -1). After boiling for half an hour in a boiling water bath, the color development is complete and the complex is stable for at least 20 hours after color development. The rhodium content obeys Bill’s law in the 0-20 μg / 25ml range. Complex composition ratio Rh: 5-Br-PADAP = 1: 2. The effect of various ions on the determination was investigated. The method is applied to the determination of rhodium in the activated carbon carrier burn agent, and the satisfactory result is obtained. Method is simple, fast, high sensitivity.
