工程机械结构件在机加工过程中使用大量的水溶性切削液,切削液的残留对涂层性能有很大的影响。采用Bresle法对抛丸后钢材表面残留的水溶性切削液进行取样,测试了样品中盐的总表面浓度和pH,并考察了不同浓度的切削液对涂层附着力和耐盐雾性能的影响。研究发现,钢板机加工序中使用的切削液浓度越大,抛丸后残留在钢板上的盐的总表面浓度越大,导致涂层与钢板的附着力和耐盐雾性能下降。因此,工程机械结构件在抛丸前必须增加清除水溶性切削液的工序。
Construction machinery structural parts in the machining process using a large number of water-soluble cutting fluid, cutting fluid residue on the coating performance has a great impact. The Bresle method was used to sample the residual water-soluble cutting fluid on the steel surface after shot blasting. The total surface salt concentration and pH of the sample were tested. The influence of cutting fluid with different concentrations on the adhesion and salt spray resistance was also investigated . It is found that the greater the concentration of cutting fluid used in the machining process, the greater the total surface salt concentration remaining on the steel after shot blasting, resulting in a decrease in the adhesion of the coating to the steel plate and salt spray resistance. Therefore, the construction machinery parts in the shot blasting must be added before the removal of water-soluble cutting fluid process.
