创新是人类社会生生息息,永远向前的动力,是一个民族兴旺的不竭源泉。在小学数学教学的创新意识培养的层面上,教师牢记自己的责任是面向全体学生,放下架子,摆正位置,同时教师本身也要有创新意识,给他们创设有趣味的问题情境,激发兴趣和好奇心,营造和谐、民主、平等、尊重的氛围,给他们提供展示实现自我的实践活动的时间和空间。教师要坚信每一个学生都是独特生命的个体,都有无限学习的潜力,都能迸发出独特的聪明才智,所以教师要善于用好教材,潜心挖掘教材,持之以恒,并将与现代教学手段有机结合,培养创新意识,才能收到事半功倍的效果。
