2011年底到2012年上半年,人民银行金融消费权益保护局、银监会银行业消费者权益保护局、证监会证券投资者保护局、保监会保险消费者权益保护局等机构先后获批设立,我国金融消费权益保护工作机制基本形成,相关的体制建设和实践也正式拉开了序幕。在后金融危机时期,研究和推动金融消费权益保护,对于维护金融稳定和促进金融业持续健康发展,具有非常深远的意义。本刊特邀了有关领导和专家对此进行解读和评论。本期微评由中国人民银行宁波市中心支行工会主任宋建江主持。
