目的:提高中专实习护生抵御风险的能力。方法:在广东省东莞卫生学校抽取2007级实习护生作为观察对象,采用风险案例情境教学法。实习结束后向学生发放调查问卷,分析对此次培训的意见和反馈。结果:课堂上师生互动,管理措施由枯燥的条文变成生动的记忆。实习前进行情境化教学对提高抵御风险能力有效果。结论:在完善理论与技能教学的前提下,要加强对护生的风险意识教育,对实习前护生采取护理风险情景化教学,明显提高了其预防发生护理风险的能力,使实习护生这一高风险人群能适应当前医院护理风险不断增加、临床护理带教力量不足和薄弱的严峻形势。
Objective: To improve the ability of nursing students in secondary technical schools to resist risks. Methods: 2007 grade nursing students in Dongguan Health School in Guangdong Province were taken as the observation objects, and the risk case scenario teaching method was used. After the internship, questionnaires were distributed to students and the opinions and feedback on the training were analyzed. Results: In class, interaction between teachers and students, management measures from boring provisions into vivid memories. Contextual teaching prior to internship is effective in enhancing the ability to resist risks. Conclusion: On the premise of improving the teaching of theory and skills, we should strengthen the education of risk awareness of nursing students and take the teaching of nursing risk scenarios prior to internship, which obviously improves their ability to prevent the occurrence of nursing risks, A high-risk population can adapt to the current hospital nursing risk is increasing, clinical nursing with insufficient teaching strength and the grim situation.
