目的 :探讨以毛细管电泳 紫外检测方法分析血浆同型半胱氨酸 (homocysteine,Hcy)水平及其与急性脑梗死的联系。方法 :对43例皮质脑梗死患者及 42名健康对照者采用本方法测定血浆Hcy水平。结果 :测血Hcy水平 ,洗脱时间 6 6min ,标准品检测相关系数 0 968(P <0 0 2 ) ,回吸收率 90 6 % ,批内、批间变异系数分别 6 7%和 7 3 % ;患者组血Hcy水平 [(1 9 3± 6 0 ) μmol·L- 1 ]显著高于正常对照者 [(1 3 7± 5 4) μmol·L- 1 ] (P <0 0 0 1 )。结论 :毛细管电泳 紫外检测技术可用于检测血Hcy,高血Hcy水平是动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死的危险因素
Objective: To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine (Hcy) levels and acute cerebral infarction by capillary electrophoresis (UV) detection. Methods: Plasma Hcy level was measured by this method in 43 patients with cortical cerebral infarction and 42 healthy controls. Results: The blood test Hcy level, the elution time 6 6min, the standard test correlation coefficient 0 968 (P <0 0 2), the recovery rate 90 6%, the inter-assay and inter-assay CV coefficients were 67% and 73% ; The level of plasma Hcy in the patients was significantly higher than that of the normal controls [(1 9 3 ± 60) μmol·L-1 [(13 7 ± 5 4) μmol·L-1] (P 0 01) . Conclusion: Capillary electrophoresis UV detection technique can be used to detect blood Hcy, high blood levels of Hcy is a risk factor for atherosclerotic cerebral infarction
